Order Processing Times: All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Areas: We ship to Metropolitan France, Europe, and internationally. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• France: 2 to 4 business days

• Europe: 4 to 8 business days

• Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days (These timeframes are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier.)

Free Shipping: Shipping is free within France for all orders over €45.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to stay informed at every step of your delivery.

Delays or Lost Packages: In the event of an unusual delay, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us at help@klevaglue.com (with the subject line "DELAYED PACKAGE"). We will do our utmost to assist you.
