1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations applicable to any purchase made on the www.klevaglue.com website between the customer (buyer) and KLEVA (seller).

2. Products

Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, a slight variation in presentation (photo, color) may exist without altering the quality of the product.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. KLEVA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Any order confirmed by the customer implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation will be sent by email after payment validation.

5. Payment

Payment for orders is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the site: credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided. KLEVA cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in perfect condition in its original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at: help@klevaglue.com with the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST" followed by the Order Number. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

8. Liability

KLEVA cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products (allergic reaction, misuse, etc.). The customer is advised to carefully read the instructions and precautions for use.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of KLEVA. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
